Stress is really a part of student life. The university is a steam ending paper, assignment and holidays, and the constant flow of information to be processed can become overwhelming. Stress is what keeps you o your toes during the presentation at work or drives you to study for mid-term when your you prefer watching television. It is normal and can keep you on track with school work, but if stress keeps you from concentrating or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, lies a problem. Stress depends on many factors including personality, general outlook on life and solving problems.

Some tips on how to cope with stress. Sleeping on the right time can reduce stress. Next work out – exercise and physical activity is also a great relief, listening to music also helps. Eating right should also be maintained. Finally, the proper management of time and finances is also a key to relieve stress.
